Hi, my name is Saul...
I founded Fuego & Focus to help startups find their voice and build a lasting digital presence. My approach to marketing is rooted in a deep understanding of people, backed by a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Psychology and a Master’s in Science of Management. I believe that successful branding is more than a logo; it’s about connecting with human behavior to create genuine growth.
My professional journey has been defined by a unique hustle: for several years, I managed two very different marketing careers simultaneously. While I was working with a Destination Marketing Organization in Illinois to drive tourism through seasonal city campaigns, I was also helping run a major esports organization based in Canada. In the tourism world, I learned how to attract visitors to local economies; in the esports world, I learned how to build digital communities.
That time in esports was impactful. As a part-owner, I focused on youth mental health and healthy habits, which led to partnerships with industry giants like MSI, Telus, and Asus. We worked with educational leaders like St. Clair College and the Manitoba First Nations Education Resource Centre to make a real difference. My proudest achievement was securing a contract to tour First Nations schools across Manitoba, where we hosted tournaments and workshops to show how gaming can be a tool for education. Today, I bring that same level of dedication and diverse experience to Fuego & Focus to help your startup succeed.
